You see everything in this offer: every rep's numbers, every deal, Config, and the commission rates. This is the loop.
Every morning
- Sales Dashboard, yesterday. Cash collected, calls booked, calls held, close rate.
- Post-call forms owed. This is the one that decays fastest. An unfiled form is a deal not in the pipeline, a rep not paid, and a follow-up nobody is doing. Chase it the same day — after two days the closer no longer remembers the call.
- Money owed → Overdue. Late instalments are the cheapest money in the business to collect and the easiest to forget.
- Dials. Volume, outcomes and — more useful — the sentiment and note quality. Thin dial notes show up a week later as bad closer calls.
Every day, on people
- EOD reports. Dialers file at the end of their day. Read the Blockers field first: the counts tell you what happened, blockers tell you why, and blockers are the only part you can act on.
- A rep filing nothing is a signal, not an admin problem. The first thing to rule out is that they cannot get in — check whether their login has ever been used before assuming they are ignoring you.
Every week
- Show rate. If it drops, the problem is almost always upstream of the closers: confirmations not happening, or booking quality.
- Close rate by closer, using the rep filter on the dashboard.
- Objections and DQ reasons from the post-call forms. They are structured fields precisely so they can be counted — a run of Price is a positioning problem, a run of Not a Fit is a targeting problem, and they need opposite fixes.
- Forms owed, again, so nothing rolls into next week.
What only you (and Jordan and Marcus) can do
| Thing | Where |
|---|---|
| Add someone, issue or reset a login | Config → Team — see Adding someone to the team |
| Change what someone can see | Config → Team → Change access |
| Set commission rates | Commissions → rates panel |
| Set processor fees | Config → Fees, or the same panel on Commissions |
| Mark an event as a sales call | Config → Funnels → Booking events |
| Edit these SOPs | ⚠️ Owners only — Jordan or Marcus. You can read every SOP, but not change them. |
Two rules on money settings. Rate changes are forward-only — they never restate a deal that has closed. Fee changes are not: net cash is computed from the fee, so changing a fee restates every past deal that used that method. Change a fee only when you know the old figure was wrong.
The judgement calls that are yours
- A rep says a number is wrong. Get the row, not the feeling. Almost every one is a date filter, an unfiled form, or a method with no fee on file.
- A deposit filed as Won. Fix it early — it inflates close rate and hides owed money in the same move.
- A duplicate EOD. The form blocks a second filing under the same role but not under a different one. If someone has double-counted a day, it needs correcting rather than re-filing.
- Cards missing in Slack. If reps say a channel has gone quiet, that is a broken automation, not a quiet week. Tell Jordan.
