## Signing in the first time

1. You are given a **username and a one-time password** by Jordan, Marcus or Nate — in person or over Slack. It is not emailed to you, because portal logins have no mailbox behind them.
2. Sign in with the **username**, not an email address. Your login looks like `felix`, not `felix@…`.
3. The portal immediately asks you to **set your own password**. That is not optional — until you do it, every page bounces you back to that screen.
4. Pick something you will actually remember. Then open the tabs down the left and have a look around.

## When you cannot get in

> **There is no "forgot password" link, and there is no reset email.** Do not go looking for
> one — it does not exist, on purpose. Logins here are not tied to a real inbox.

Message **Nate, Jordan or Marcus**. Any of the three can issue you a fresh one-time password in
about ten seconds (Config → Team → Reset password). You will be asked to set your own again on
the way in. Your access, your forms and everything you have ever filed are untouched by a reset.

**Never share a login, and never file under someone else's.** Every form you submit is stamped
with the account that filed it — that is what your commission is matched on. Filing under
somebody else's login pays them.

## What you can see

The tabs down the left are decided by your role. Nobody is hiding anything from you to be
awkward — a rep's view is narrowed so the page is about your work.

A greyed-out tab with a padlock is not a permission problem — it means that section has no data
source connected yet, and it says which one.

## The forms, in one line each
