Read off the live Airtable base. If a price here does not match what you have been told on a call, stop and ask Nate — do not quote either number until it is settled.
The programs
| Program | List price |
|---|---|
| Flip Lab Starter | $2,500 |
| Flip Lab Core | $5,500 |
| Flip Lab Elite | $8,500 |
| Flip Lab Deposit | $1,000 |
| Sourcing Desk DFY | ⚠️ no list price on file — ask Nate before quoting it |
The post-call form asks for Program (what they bought) and Program pitched (what you offered them) as two separate questions. They are different facts: pitching Flip Lab Elite and closing Flip Lab Core is a useful thing to be able to see, and it only exists if you fill in both.
How they pay
The payment method matters to you for one reason: the processor takes a cut, and commission is paid on what is left. These are the methods with a fee on file today.
| Method | Fee we pay |
|---|---|
| Stripe — card | 2.9% |
| Stripe — ACH | 0.8% |
| PayPal | 3.49% |
| Affirm financing | 🔴 6% |
| Wire | 0% |
Crypto and Klarna have no active fee on file. If a deal comes in on one of those, the portal shows the cash as gross and flags it rather than pretending it is post-fee. That flag is a request for information, not an error — tell Jordan what the fee actually was.
Deposits
Flip Lab Deposit ($1,000) is a real program row, and taking one is the Deposit outcome on the post-call form — never Won. The balance is then owed, and chasing it is a scheduled job with your name on it. See Deposits, instalments and getting the rest of the money in.

| Something about the offer or a student | Marcus |
| Something about the numbers, the portal, an alert that looks wrong | Jordan |
