End of day — closers

The closer’s end-of-day numbers, and how they differ from the post-call form.

Edit
CloserAs first written, 31 August 2026

One form, once a day, summarising your day on the phones.

Current expectation: closers are not being chased for end-of-day reports — and no automatic chase exists for anyone right now, having been switched off on 2026-08-31. Jordan's call — "it's mainly for Felix; when we've got consistent calls every day, then we want everyone keeping up with their daily reports". So when the chase is switched back on it will not name closers. The post-call form is not optional and never was — see The post-call form. This page is here so that when EOD does switch on for closers, nobody has to ask how it works.

Where and when

Portal → Forms → End of day. At the end of your working day.

Filling it in

  1. Rep — you.
  2. Role today — Closer.
  3. Day — today.
  4. The numbers — below.
  5. Talk time (min) — total minutes on calls.
  6. Blockers — anything in your way.

The numbers

FieldCount
Calls takenSales calls that were on your calendar today, including the ones that no-showed.
ShowsOf those, how many actually turned up.
Offers madeCalls where you got to the offer. A call that DQ'd before the pitch is not an offer made.
Cash collected ($)Money that actually landed today.
Counts only. Show rate, offer rate and close rate are calculated from these — you are never asked for a percentage, so the same number can never exist in two disagreeing versions.

How this differs from the post-call form

They look like they overlap. They do not, and it matters:

Post-call formEnd of day
How oftenOnce per callOnce per day
AboutOne specific call, in detailYour whole day, in totals
FeedsClose, the pipeline, revenue, close rate, commissionThe daily activity picture
Optional?NeverNot currently required of closers

Cash collected on the EOD is not a substitute for the money on a post-call form. The revenue numbers are built from post-call forms. If you file an EOD saying $5,500 came in and never filed the form for the call it came from, the cash exists in the daily report and nowhere that matters.

Getting the numbers right

  • Read them off your calendar and your filed forms, not memory.
  • Calls taken includes no-shows. Shows is the subset that turned up — that is exactly how show rate gets calculated.
  • One filing per day per role. A duplicate is rejected. If you filed wrong, tell Nate.

Blockers

Where you say what got in the way — bad leads, calendar chaos, a broken link, prospects arriving cold because dial notes were thin. Specific beats polite.
