Portal → My Commission. You see your own payments and your own payout — no colleague's rows, no business-wide cash. That narrowing happens on the server, and it is the same calculation your manager sees, not a second one.
The rates on file
Read off the live rate table:
| Role | Rate | Paid on | In force since |
|---|---|---|---|
| Closer | 9% | Net cash | 2026-05-01 |
| Setter | 6% | Net cash | 2026-05-01 |
| Sales Manager | 3% | Net cash after ad spend | 2026-05-01 |
The three rules that decide your number
1. It is paid on NET cash — after the processor's fee. Jordan's ruling: "we pay after fees." So a $5,500 close paid by card carries a 2.9% fee — $159.50 — and the closer's 9% is calculated on $5,340.50, not on $5,500.
2. It is paid on cash that has actually landed — not on deal value, not on what was promised. A $5,500 deal paying $1,000 today pays commission on $1,000 today. The rest pays as it arrives, which is why filing the payment-collected form is you getting paid.
3. Rate changes are forward-only. A rate is effective-dated: if the closer rate changed tomorrow, every deal that closed before tomorrow still pays the old rate. Nobody's past deals get restated by a change of mind.
Checking your own number
- Open My Commission and set the date range you care about.
- Each row shows the payment, the deal, the method, the fee applied and what it pays you.
- Rows are matched on your login, not on your display name — which is exactly why filing under somebody else's account pays them and not you.
Where a payment method has no fee on file, the row is flagged and shown gross rather than quietly treated as if it were net. That flag means "nobody has told us what this cost", and it is worth chasing, because it moves your number.
If it looks wrong
Bring it up — with the row. "My commission looks low" cannot be investigated; "this payment on the 4th shows gross and the method was Whop card" can be fixed in a minute.
Common and boring causes, in order: the date filter; a payment that landed but was never filed on the payment-collected form; a deposit filed as Won so the balance was never chased; a method with no fee on file.
Never edit a rate yourself. Only Jordan, Marcus and Nate can, every change is stamped with who made it, and it will not touch anything that already closed.
