4 of 59 attendees on this curve carry no registration link. They are counted in the room, because presence needs no identity — but a channel, campaign, ad or lead-time filter cannot classify them, so this curve shrinks by that many the moment one is applied.

16 of 131 contacted registrants (12%) have a conversation a setter actually filed. The other 115 are known only from an outbound call, text or email found in the CRM with no activity logged beside it. Those still count as contact — but excitement, intent and notes exist only on a filed conversation, so every qualitative figure on this panel is measured over the filed ones alone.
448 of 1,721 registrants do not exist in the CRM and could not have been contacted from it. Registrations are pushed forward-only, so a cohort loaded by backfill never reached the CRM at all. Coverage is therefore shown twice — against the CRM, which judges the outreach, and against every registrant, which judges the pipeline feeding it.

This is a comparison, not a result. Setters reach the registrants who answer their phone, and people who answer their phone turn up more often regardless. A gap here says the two groups differ — it does not on its own prove the calling caused it.

How these numbers are made. A booking belongs to a webinar because the person had registered for it before booking — never because the dates were close. Attribution is read from the registration, not the booking, because Calendly sits inside the application form and cannot carry UTMs of its own. A rescheduled call counts once, at its live end. Cash is net of refunds and counts only live bookings. A rate with no usable denominator shows —, never 0%. 2 events have no show rate (02 Jun, 17:00 PDT 2026, 06 Oct, 17:00 PDT 2026) — 3 of 3 attendee rows carry no identity — Zoom drops participant emails about four weeks after the event, so they cannot be matched to a registrant. The room headcount and the retention curve are still measured; the show rate is not. Across all bookings (this figure does not narrow with the filters, because these rows have no webinar to filter on), 78 sales calls came from people who never registered for a webinar — the VSL and application funnels. They appear on the Sales Dashboard. 33 non-sales bookings (Delivery) are excluded from “Calls booked”, across all events. 36 attendee rows flagged staff or bot excluded from the room figures, across all events.
